We are on the hunt for System Support Engineers who are well experienced in ServiceDesk deliveries have excellent communication skills, self-confidence and possess strong analytical skills.
Acting as a Single Point of Contact and deliver support requests via over the phone and email.
Level 1 and 2 Service Level support for Microsoft Windows server/client, Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other vendor applications.
Deliver an outstanding service to customers by meeting the below key metrics;
Customer centric mindset to develop an excellent client rapport
Taking ownership and maintain a higher customer satisfaction rate
Excellent telephone etiquette, ability to remain clam under pressure, use of positive language persuasion and closing ability
Out of the box innovative thinking, analytical approach when problem solving, attentiveness and excellent time management
Maintaining the Knowledge Base, knowledge sharing and training of junior colleagues.
Minimum two years’ experience in supporting remote customers. (Supporting Australian, US and European customers us an advantage)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/Higher Diploma in Computing or related field is mandatory.
MCSA/MCSE or CCNA/CCNP or any other Vendor qualifications. (Azure/O365 is a plus)
A good understanding in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and having prior support experience is a must.
Knowledge on data center operations & support services or exposure to Service desk/NOC would be an added advantage.
Having completed professional trainings on Customer Service Excellence and Voice Trainings is a plus.
Excellent work ethics and ability work with minimum supervision.
Willingness to work based on Australian calendar and working hours.
