Junior Customer Care Executive

Key Requirements:

  • G.C.E (O/L) or G.C.E (A/L), School leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English & Sinhala, Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Basic IT literacy (MS Office package)
  • Previous experience/ internships in Customer Service would be an added advantage
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Should be able to work on a roster basis

 

Senior Customer Care Executive

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Any other recognized equal qualification
  • minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in the field of Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala or Tamil
  • Good IT literacy (MS Office package)
  • Previous experience/ internships in Customer Service would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Should be able to work on a roster basis
