Deal promptly with Customer complaints, liaising with customer services in order to resolve queries ; close issues end to end
Facilitate branch service levels and metrics; Review systems on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels
Deliver monthly/weekly staff requirements to optimize floor coverage and staffing efficiency; Ensure selling floor is replenished at all times.
Manager internal and external customer requirements
Coordinate end to end after sales service requirements
Be able to maintain service levels beyond industry levels
Facilitate and manage cross/up sales through the branch to meet targets;
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
Oversee Cashier's activities (daily cash/ credit reconciliations/ down payments and sales orders)
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position OR at least 2+ years' experience in Supervisory level preferably in a showroom, with a proven track record is a must.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a high paced environment and ability to multitask
Excellent staff management skills
Require a go getter who can revamp service at branch level.
The Designation will be decided on candidate's level of experience, qualifications and competencies; upon which you will be offered and attractive remuneration package.
