Dialog Business Services (Pvt) Ltd (DBS), a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka's flagship telecommunications company. The company manages Dialog's Customer Contact Management operation across its mobile, fixed line, pay television and broadband businesses.
Resolve Customer's Inquiries deftly and effectively within a timely manner.
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to provide satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, while handling customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Service or Hospitality industry
A Diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University
Strong verbal communication skills in in Sinhala and English (Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage)
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Good Team player with a customer-oriented attitude
Willingness and ability to work on Shift / Rotational Shift Basis
